Superior Strength
Cold forging manufacturing process provides superior mechanical properties, enhanced strength, and excellent dimensional accuracy for demanding fastening applications.
Precision Manufacturing
Bar turning manufacturing provides exceptional precision, tight tolerances, and superior surface finish for applications requiring exact specifications and quality.
Flat head countersunk screws for flush mounting applications requiring smooth surface finish and professional appearance.
Pan head screws with wide bearing surface for general assembly applications and electrical installations requiring secure fastening.
Round head screws for general purpose applications where head visibility is acceptable and standard fastening is required.
Cheese head screws for precision applications requiring high torque capability and secure fastening in mechanical assemblies.
Raised countersunk heads with a domed top and conical seating surface for specialized applications.
Truss head screws with extra-wide bearing surface for applications requiring maximum load distribution and secure fastening.
Cross-Head
Use a correctly sized Phillips bit for a Phillips recess. Match the drive type and installation torque to the selected screw.
Enhanced Cross-Head
Pozidrive enhanced cross-head design offering superior torque transfer and reduced tool wear for demanding assembly applications.
Hex Socket
Internal hex socket drive providing high torque capability and precise tool engagement for applications requiring superior fastening performance.
Comprehensive metric thread size range from 2mm to 32mm, covering precision instruments to heavy-duty applications.
Complete imperial thread size range from 1/8″ to 2″, providing compatibility with North American and traditional British systems.
Essential for machine assembly, mechanical equipment, precision instruments, and industrial applications requiring reliable fastening performance.
Critical for electrical panels, electronic housings, control systems, and telecommunications equipment requiring corrosion-resistant fastening.
We specialize in developing non-standard brass fasteners including bolts, nuts, screws, studs, fixings, wood screws, and machine screws according to specific customer requirements. Our engineering team works closely with clients to create custom solutions for unique fastening challenges.
Our comprehensive range of brass screws serves critical applications across machine assembly, mechanical equipment, precision instruments, electrical panels, electronic housings, control systems, telecommunications equipment, and specialized fastening requirements. These components are essential for reliable mechanical connections where corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, and long-term performance are required in demanding applications where brass screw design provides superior fastening performance and professional assembly solutions.
Specify the brass alloy and condition on the drawing. Free-machining and forging brasses are different choices; steel or stainless steel parts are separate material options, not brass grades. Confirm corrosion and strength requirements for the application.
Specify thread diameter, pitch, tolerance class and engagement length, together with the head or nut form. Metric and imperial threads are different systems. Use the applicable dimensional standard or an agreed drawing; a list of standards does not establish compliance for every variant.
Provide a dimensioned drawing, mating-thread details, length or thickness, head dimensions, finish and quantity. Agree critical tolerances and inspection requirements before production.
Brass fasteners serve mechanical, electrical and decorative assemblies where the selected grade is suitable. Permitted load and tightening torque depend on alloy, geometry, thread engagement and lubrication. Do not apply steel fastener property classes or torque tables to brass without an engineering assessment.
State the required surface finish, coating thickness where relevant, and critical dimensions on the order. Material certificates, dimensional reports and any specified performance tests should be agreed in the quotation. A reference to a standard is not a declaration of third-party certification.
Send a drawing or clearly dimensioned sample specification, material, quantity and delivery destination. Identify application conditions and required approvals. Brass Parts India can review the requirement and confirm feasibility, price, documentation and lead time for the quoted part.
